Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Use this link to monitor the status of your delivery.
If you change your mind before receiving your purchase, we may accept cancellations at any time before the item is sent. If an order has already been sent, please see our return & refund policy.
Your payment will be processed immediately upon order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with all transaction details.
Payment can be declined for various reasons, such as incorrect card details or insufficient funds. Please double-check your information, or try a different payment method.
Shipping & Returns
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days (Monday-Friday).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor the delivery status.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Exchanges are welcome and there’s no restocking fee. The customers pay the return shipping costs.
