We provide shipping within the United States.

A. Delivery Terms:

We use USPS/ UPA, DHL, and OSM to deliver the product in 6 - 9 days (for breakdown of order handling and transit, please refer to the points below).

B. Shipping Costs:

C. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-off Time Domestically:

• Transit time is 5 to 7 Days (Monday to Friday) 
• Handling time is 1 to 2 Days (Monday to Friday)
• The order cut-off time will be 12: 00 AM (EST)
• Order delays - if your order exceeded these delivery times, please refer to your tracking information. If you need help, please contact info@myfluxora.com

D. Address Modification

We cannot modify the delivery address once it is in route. If you need to modify the location of your purchase, please email us at info@myfluxora.com within 24 hours of making your order.

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your purchase, we may accept cancellations at any time before the item is sent. If an order has already been sent, please see our return & refund policy.

F. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a shipment is damaged in transportation, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer care. If the item was delivered without you being present, please contact customer care for the following steps.

We do not charge any kind of tax.
